摘 要:采用两种方法制备g-C_(3)N_(4):方法一,乙二胺和四氯化碳混合,加热回流,高温煅烧得到g-C_(3)N_(4);方法二,将三聚氰胺高温分解得到g-C_(3)N_(4)。然后,以聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵和两亲物质聚苯乙烯-聚丙烯酸共聚(PS-bPAA)为连接剂,得到了肌红蛋白类石墨烯复合材料Mb-g-C_(3)N_(4)。基于此,研究了肌红蛋白的直接电化学及电催化行为;采用红外光谱法、扫描电镜、X射线衍射和荧光光谱法对制备的g-C_(3)N_(4)进行形貌、晶型和结构的研究;采用循环伏安法研究Mb-g-C_(3)N_(4)/GCE催化性能。结果表明,Mb-g-C_(3)N_(4)/GCE电极电化学性能良好,对亚硝酸根的还原具有良好的催化效果。g-C_(3)N_(4)is a metal-free polymer semiconductor with good conductivity,biocompatibility and specific surface area.g-C_(3)N_(4)is a graphite-like lamellar structure,which is widely used in photocatalyst,catalyst carrier,sensor and other fields due to its non-toxic,good stability,visible light response and many other characteristics.Method 1:ethylenediamine and carbon tetrachloride were mixed,heated and refluxed,and calcined at high temperature to get g-C_(3)N_(4).Method 2:high-temperature decomposition of melamine to get g-C_(3)N_(4).Myoglobin graphene composites(Mbg-C_(3)N_(4))were prepared by copolymerization of polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and amphiphilic polystyrenepolyacrylic acid(PS-b-PAA).Based on this,the direct electrochemical and electrocatalytic behaviors of Mb were studied.When the sweep speed was 100mV/s,the oxidation peak(Epa)was-0.149v,and the reduction peak(Epc)was-0.056v.The characterization methods included infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,fluorescence spectroscopy,and the study of the morphology,crystal shape and structure of the prepared gC_(3)N_(4).The catalytic performance of Mb-g-C_(3)N_(4)/GCE was studied by cyclic voltammetry.The results showed that the Mb-g-C_(3)N_(4)/GCE electrode had good electrochemical properties and good catalytic effect on the reduction of nitrite.
