摘  要:研制了一种以聚乙烯醇为主要成膜物质、石墨烯为主要功能填料的可剥离防护去污型涂料,利用万能拉伸实验机、扫描电镜、数控超声机、热导率分析仪和热重分析仪器进行了测试。结果表明:该涂料具有良好的性能,拉伸强度为60.57MPa,断裂伸长率为206%,导热率为0.45W/(m·K),同时固化时间短。在不同基材表面均能连续成膜且完整剥离。A peelable protective decontamination paint with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as the main film-forming substance and graphene oxide(GO)as the main functional filler was developed.The test was carried out using a universal tensile experiment machine,electron microscope scanning,numerically controlled ultrasonic machine,thermal conductivity analyzer,and thermogravimetric analysis instrument.The results shown that the coating had good performance,tensile strength was 60.57 MPa,elongation at break was 206%,thermal conductivity 0.46 W/(m·K):the peel strength was moderate,and the curing time was short.Films can be formed continuously and peeled off completely on different substrate surfaces.
