摘  要:本文以医疗器械行业常用的钛合金骨置换材料TC4为研究对象,开展了有限元仿真分析以及切削试验研究。建立了钻削刀具的3D模型,通过有限元软件建立了钻削仿真模型,并模拟了钻削过程刀具的应力、应变云图,对刀具系统的模态参数及振型进行了分析。结果表明:刀片应力与应变集中在主切削刃部位,该位置最易发生崩缺;获取了钻削刀具固有频率与振型,当钻削系统外部激励频率与固有频率接近时,钻削系统易发生共振,实际切削时应尽量避开。通过开展不同切削条件下的切削试验与刀具磨损实验研究,结果表明:进给增大,切削力增大;转速增大,切削力减小;提高转速和增大进给都易引起堵屑;当进给量f=0.18 mm/r、切削液流量Q=250 L/min和转速n=80 r/min时,加工孔内壁加工质量高,排屑状况好,刀具磨损小。In this paper,TC4,that is a titanium alloy bone replacement material commonly used in medical equipment industry was taken as the research object,the simulation and experimental research were carried out.The 3 D model of drilling tool was established,the drilling simulation model was established by finite element software,the stress and strain nephogram of cutting tool during drilling were simulated,and the modal parameters and vibration modes of cutting tool system are analyzed.The analysis shows that the stress and strain concentrated part of the insert is at the main cutting edge,which is most prone to collapse.The natural frequencies and vibration modes of the drilling tools are obtained.When the external excitation frequency of the drilling system is close to this frequency,the drilling system is prone to resonance,which should be avoided as much as possible in actual cutting.Through the research of the cutting test under different cutting conditions,the results show that the cutting force increases with the increasing of feed;The cutting force decreases with the increasing of rotating speed.Increasing rotating speed and increasing feed are easy to cause chip blocking;When the feed rate is f=0.18 mm/r,cutting fluid flow rate is Q=250 L/min,and rotating speed is n=80 r/min,the machining accuracy of the inner wall of the machining hole is high,the chip removalcondition is good,and the toolwear is small.
