摘  要:由于镍、钴对WC均有着良好的润湿性,而镍是一种相对便宜的金属,因此"镍代钴硬质合金"成为国内外学者研究的热门领域。羰基金属粉末具有纯度高、粒度细、表面高度发达及易烧结成形等诸多优点,可替代传统WC-Co硬质合金的Co粘结相。目前,羰基镍粉代替或者部分代替钴粉的硬质合金,应用比较成熟的有矿用硬质合金、刀具用硬质合金、无磁硬质合金、高速线材热轧辊硬质合金等。随着研究的深入及战略性新兴产业和先进智能制造等高新技术产业快速增长,将羰基金属粉末应用于硬质合金的生产存在很大的发展空间,尤其在研制一些新型硬质合金,诸如新型超细硬质合金、镍铁基新型无钴硬质合金等方面有着广泛的应用前景。Nickel and cobalt have good wettability to tungsten carbide,and nickel is a relatively cheap metal.Therefore,"nickel-substituting cobalt cemented carbide"has become a hot research field for scholars at home and abroad.Carbonyl metal powder has many advantages such as high purity,fine particle size,highly developed surface and easy sintering and forming.It can replace the Co binder phase in traditional WC-Co cemented carbide.At present,carbonyl nickel powder replaces cobalt powder in cemented carbide,and the more mature applications are mining cemented carbide,tool cemented carbide,non-magnetic cemented carbide,high-speed wire hot-rolled cemented carbide,etc.With the deepening of research and the rapid growth of high-tech industries such as strategic emerging industries and advanced intelligent manufacturing,there is a lot of room for development in the application of carbonyl metal powder to the production of cemented carbide,especially in the development of some new cemented carbides,such as new ultra-fine cemented carbides,nickel-iron-based new cobalt-free non-traditional cemented carbides,it has a wide range of application prospects and unlimited application prospects.
