摘 要:对比分析了A、B这2家公司的原料APT和A、B、C这3家公司的WC粉末,分析项目包括粒度、松装密度、筛分、外观、杂质元素、晶型晶貌等,发现较好的原料APT形貌规则,粒度分布均匀集中;优质的WC粉末松装密度高,粒度分布较集中。综述了钨的氧化钨(黄钨、蓝钨、紫钨)制备的工业工艺参数以及相应控制指标。钨的氧化钨关键指标应该包含粒度及其分布、松装密度、化学成分与相成分、氧指数及烧损(NH3、H2O)量等。The raw materials APT of company A and B and WC powders of company A, B and C were compared andanalyzed. The analysis items included particle size, bulk density, sieving, appearance, impurity elements, crystal appearance,etc. Results show that better APT raw material has more regular morphology, uniform and concentrated particle sizedistribution. High quality WC powder has high bulk density and concentrated particle size distribution. The industrialparameters and corresponding control indexes for the preparation of tungsten oxide(yellow tungsten, blue tungsten, purpletungsten) were reviewed. The key indexes of tungsten oxide should include particle size and its distribution, bulk density,chemical composition and phase composition, oxygen index and burning loss(NH3, H2 O), etc.
