摘　　要：青岛自然疗养因子丰富,有海水疗养因子、景观疗养因子、气候疗养因子和森林疗养因子。对循环、神经、呼吸、消化等多系统疾病具有预防保健、健康促进和疾病康复的作用。高血压是一种常见病,在青岛疗养因子的作用下,可有效控制血压,对预防心、脑、肾血管并发症具有非常重要的意义。文章综述了青岛自然疗养因子对高血压的应用,为疗养工作者应用于临床提供参考依据。Qingdao is rich in natural convalescent factors,including seawater convalescent factors,landscape convalescent factors,climate convalescent factors and forest convalescent factors.It has the functions of preventive health care,health promotion and disease rehabilitation for multi-system diseases such as circulation,nerves,breathing and digestion.Hypertension is a common disease.Under the action of Qingdao convalescent factors,blood pressure can be effectively controlled,which is of great significance for preventing heart,brain,and renal vascular complications.This article reviews the application of Qingdao natural convalescent factors to hypertension,and provides a reference for convalescent workers to apply clinically.
