摘　　要：在加强疫情防控措施的背景下,利用微信的广泛性与便捷性,为大力推广互联网+医疗健康的设计与应用,某院开展了基于微信平台的病案复印与邮寄预约服务。改变了传统模式面临的困境,实现复印病案申请的提交、审核、支付、复印、邮寄及查询的全流程线上办理与监控,实时示踪反馈,有利于掌握工作动态进展,在线支付费用,减少了现金流通成本与管理风险。通过服务模式的改变和服务流程的优化,提高了病案服务效率,解决了病案复印服务中长期存在的问题。医院以患者需求为导向,积极打造面向未来的互联网+智慧医院。Under the background of Strengthening epidemic prevention and control measures,using the WeChat’s universality and convenience,medical record copying and mailing reservation service based on the WeChat platform have been carried out for vigorously promoting the design and application of"Internet plus health-care",improving the plight of traditional models.The process including submitting the application,verifying the uploaded materials,payment,copying reservation,mailing services and monitoring management were designed to be online in this system.The service mode is changed,the service process is optimized,the patient’s experience is enhanced,the work efficiency is improved and some problems what existed in the medical record service are solved fundamentally.Hospitals should always take the needs of patients as the guide,and actively build the"Internet plus intelligent hospital"for the future.
