摘　　要：呼吸支持技术是临床常见技术,本研究系统的整理了呼吸支持技术的方法、类型及相应编码,为提高该类别的编码质量提供依据。ICD-9-CM-3中呼吸支持技术涉及到第18章各种诊断性和治疗性操作以及第9章心血管系统手术的内容,编码过程中容易混淆出错。本文通过梳理四大类相关临床技术知识和编码查找方法,包括氧疗93.96、无创机械通气93.90、有创机械通气96.7、体外膜氧合39.65,建议传统氧疗和经鼻高流量湿化氧疗、静脉-静脉模式和静脉-动脉模式的体外膜氧合采用扩展码区分,并分析呼吸支持技术编码的易错点,为该类编码提供编码建议和理论指导。Full specification of respiratory support system can reflect the level of diagnosis and treatment of hospital,and the diversity of clinical diagnosis and treatment to reduce the medical record home page fill in relevant encoding accuracy.The respiratory support technique in ICD-9-CM-3(international classification of diseases surgery and operations,9 th revision)involves various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in chapter 18 and cardiovascular system surgery in chapter 9.In this paper,by combing four categories of relevant clinical technical knowledge and code searching methods,including oxygen therapy 93.96,non-invasive mechanical ventilation 93.90,invasive mechanical ventilation 96.7,and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation 39.65,it is suggested that extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in traditional oxygen therapy and transnasal high-flow humidification oxygenation(HFNC),VV mode and VA mode should be differentiated by extended codes,and the error points of respiratory support technology coding are analyzed to provide coding Suggestions and theoretical guidance for this kind of coding.
