摘　　要：目的应用多学科协作对高龄骨科患者进行围术期全程管理,评价其应用效果。方法入组2019年1月1日-2019年12月31日骨科大于75岁的高龄住院手术患者308人,作为多学科组,同时匹配2018年1月1日-2018年12月31日骨科手术病例296例,作为传统治疗组进行对照研究,采用SPSS20.0统计软件进行分析,比较两组住院时间、住院费用、重症监护室转入率、术后严重并发症情况。结果多学科组住院时间(13.88±5.27)天短于传统治疗组(14.79±4.96)天,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;多学科组术后严重并发症发生率1.95%低于传统治疗组4.05%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论多学科协作在高龄骨科患者围术期管理中的应用,可以整合医疗资源,缩短住院时间,降低手术风险,保障患者安全,改善就医体验。Objective To observe the application of multidisciplinary treatment(MDT) in perioperative management for aged orthopedic patients and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods 308 elderly patients over 75 years in orthopedics department as MDT group between January and December in 2019 were compared with 296 cases in orthopedics department between January and December in 2018 which were matched as the traditional treatment group. The hospital stay, hospitalization expenses, ICU transfer rate and postoperative serious complications of the two groups were analyzed. Using SPSS20.0 statistical software for analysis. Results The hospital stay of MDT group(13.88±5.27 days) was shorter than that of traditional treatment group(14.79±4.96). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative serious complications in MDT group(1.95%) was lower than that in traditional treatment group(4.05%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of MDT in perioperative management of elderly orthopedics can integrate medical resources, shorten hospital stay, decrease surgical risk, ensure patients’ safety and improve patients’ feelings suffering diseases.
