苏联劳改模式对新中国监狱制度的影响

摘　　要：新中国在成立初期借鉴了苏联的许多模式包括劳改模式。苏联劳改模式对新中国监狱制度的创设产生了极大影响,其中有积极的一面,也有消极的一面。在新形势下,有必要研究苏联劳改模式对新中国监狱制度的影响,以苏为鉴,进一步发展和完善中国监狱制度,走中国特色社会主义监狱事业发展之路。In the early days of the founding of New China,many systems of the Soviet Union were used for reference,including the labor reform system.The influence of the Soviet Union’s labor reform model on the prison system in New China has both positive and negative aspects.Under the new situation,it is necessary to make a realistic evaluation and serious reflection on the impact of the Soviet Union’s reform-through-labour model on the prison system in New China,take the Soviet Union as a mirror,develop and improve the prison system in China,and take the road of socialist prison development with Chinese characteristics.
