摘　　要：作为国家安全第一线的监狱改造工作,在新时代如何实现改造创新?通过调研当下短刑犯改造存在的困境、短刑犯改造的特点,分析短刑犯改造困难形成的原因,探索短刑犯改造的新时代路径。As the front line of national security,how to achieve reform and innovation in the new era?By investigating the difficulties and characteristics of the transformation of short-term criminals,this paper analyzes the causes of the difficulties in the transformation of short-term criminals,and explores the new era path of the transformation of short-term criminals.
