摘　　要：唐律、唐令及其他的法律形式如格、式等在唐代疫病防控中发挥了重要作用。唐律是唐代的核心刑法典,唐令是唐代行政法的基本形式,其他的格、式等法律形式都分别体现了各自的价值。虽然没有专门的疫病防控法,但是通过多种法律形式协调网罗,也能保证唐代统治者在疫病发生后的有效应对。This article expounds the role of Tang Code,Tang Decree and other legal forms in the prevention and control of epidemic diseases in the Tang Dynasty from the perspective of legal system.The Tang Code is the core criminal code of Tang Dynasty,Tang Decree is the basic form of administrative law in Tang Dynasty,and other legal forms such as rules and standards and norms reflect their respective values.Although there is no special disease prevention and control law,the coordination of various legal forms can also ensure the effective response of the rulers of the Tang Dynasty after the occurrence of epidemic diseases.
