表达性艺术团体辅导对男性戒毒人员戒毒动机的干预研究

摘　　要：运用表达性艺术团体辅导的方法对男性强制隔离戒毒人员的戒毒动机进行干预,激发和维持戒毒人员良好的戒毒动机,引导戒毒人员远离毒品,朝向健康生活。根据表达性艺术团体辅导的相关理论,设计干预方案,通过戒毒动机量表对实验组和对照组进行前后测,分析团体辅导效果。结果表明,实验组戒毒人员的戒毒动机总分及其因子分均有所提升,戒毒动机总分、趋戒—内部动机、避吸—内部动机和戒毒信心呈现出显著差异。因此,表达性艺术团体辅导对男性强制隔离戒毒人员的戒毒动机,特别对调节戒毒的内部动机有促进作用。Using the method of expressive art group counseling to intervene the motivation of male drug addicts in compulsory isolation,to stimulate and maintain their good motivation,and to guide them to stay away from drugs and to live a healthy life.According to the theory of expressive art group counseling,the intervention program was designed.The experimental group and the control group were tested before and after the drug withdrawal motivation scale,and the effect of group counseling was analyzed.The results showed that the total score and factor score of detoxification motivation of drug addicts in the experimental group were improved,and there were significant differences in the total score of detoxification motivation,internal motivation to quit,internal motivation to avoid smoking and detoxification confidence.Therefore,this expressive art group counseling can promote the motivation of male drug addicts in compulsory isolation,especially in regulating the internal motivation.
