摘　　要：对中国外贸出口而言,2020年是极具挑战的一年。外贸企业受到国内和国外新冠疫情爆发的供需双重冲击,国际贸易环境日趋复杂,出口压力日益加大。为应对海外疫情持续带来的冲击,保持外贸稳定,从政府角度,建议增强政府间的沟通,创造良好的国际贸易环境;增强对外贸中小企业的融资支持,纾解企业资金压力;加强各项政策的协同性,发挥政策组合的最大作用;有序推进"新基建",充分发挥其多重效应。为帮助外贸企业在后疫情时代纾困发展,建议企业开辟国际贸易新市场,分散出口贸易风险;综合运用多种手段,降低汇率风险;加快企业数字化、智能化转型,提升出口竞争力;积极拓展国内销售渠道,充分运用"国外+国内"两个市场。For China’s foreign trade export,2020 is a very challenging year.Foreign trade enterprises are affected by the dual impact of supply and demand caused by the outbreak of COVID-19 at home and abroad.The environment of international trade is complex and the export pressure becomes big.In order to cope with the continuous impact of the overseas epidemic and maintain the stability of foreign trade,from the perspective of the government,it is proposed to strengthen the communication between the governments to create a good international trade environment,enhance the financing support for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises,relieve the financial pressure of enterprises,increase the synergy of various policies,give full play to the maximum effect of the policy mix,orderly promote the new infrastructure construction,and give full play to its multiple effects.In order to help foreign trade enterprises develop in the post-epidemic era,it is suggested that enterprises should open up new international trade markets to disperse export trade risks,comprehensively use various methods to reduce exchange rate risks,speed up the digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises and enhance export competitiveness,actively expand domestic sales channels and make full use of"foreign+domestic"markets.
