消食导滞汤联合益生菌治疗食积气滞型小儿便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察消食导滞汤联合益生菌治疗食积气滞型小儿便秘的疗效观察。方法将88例食积气滞型小儿便秘患者随机分为两组,各44例,对照组采用乳果糖口服溶液联合双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗,试验组采用消食导滞汤联合双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗,均连续治疗8周。比较两组治疗后临床疗效,统计两组患者治疗前后胃肠激素及胃肠道功能的变化。结果治疗后,试验组中医症状总积分显著低于对照组,临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(93.18%vs 77.27%),P<0.05;治疗后,试验组MLT、GAS、SP水平均高于对照组,SS水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组患儿模拟排便时肛管压、肛管最大缩榨压及直肠最大容量感觉阈值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消食导滞汤联合益生菌治疗食积气滞型小儿便秘,疗效确切,可调节胃肠激素水平,改善胃肠道功能。Objective To observe the curative effect of Xiaoshi Daozhi Decoction combined with probiotics in the treatment of infantile constipation of food retention and qi stagnation(FRQS)type.Methods Eighty-eight children with FRQS-type constipation were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lactulose oral solution combined with Bifid Triple Viable capsule,while the observation group was treated with Xiaoshi Daozhi Decoction combined with Bifid Triple Viable capsule,for 8 weeks.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups,and the changes of gastrointestinal hormones and gastrointestinal function before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the total efficiency rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(93.18%vs 77.27%,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MLT,GAS and SP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of SS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The anal pressure,anal canal maximal squeeze pressure and maximum rectal volume sensory threshold in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoshi Daozhi Decoction combined with probiotics is effective in treating infantile FRQS-type constipation.It can regulate the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and improve the function of gastrointestinal tract.
