摘 要:初始装车时,装车溜槽相对于列车车厢前边缘的水平距离和相对列车车厢上边缘的垂直距离是煤炭快速定量装车系统的2个主要装车参数。目前这2个参数的确定主要是依据经验,没有理论计算的支持,针对这一问题,提出了基于圆台假设的计算模型和基于棱台假设的计算模型,并通过对比选择了更容易计算的棱台模型确立了这2个参数的数学计算关系式,为全自动装车时溜槽的位置控制提供了计算依据。分析了在特定装车参数下车辆位移与煤炭装车体积之间的函数关系式,为装车过程中给煤机给料量的控制提供了依据。During the initial loading,the horizontal distance between the loading chute and the front edge of the train carriage and the vertical distance between the loading chute and the upper edge of the train carriage are the two main loading parameters of the coal rapid quantitative loading system.At present,the determination of these two parameters is mainly based on experience,without the support of theoretical calculation.Aiming at this problem,the calculation model based on the cone hypothesis and the calculation model based on the prism hypothesis were proposed.Through comparison,the prism model which is easier to calculate was selected,and the mathematical calculation formula of the two parameters was established,which provides the calculation basis for the position control of the chute during the automatic loading.Analyzed the function relationship between the vehicle displacement and the coal loading volume under the specific loading parameters,which provides the basis for the control of the coal feeder in the loading process.
