摘 要:运输绞车作为煤矿轨道运输的牵引设备,应用极为广泛。目前使用的传统运输绞车均采用人工操作,通过快速连续交替离合闸与制动闸的方式来调节卷筒的转速,具有调速性能差、不稳定、操作困难、刹车带磨损快等缺点。针对上述弊端设计了JYB-130×0.56PY运输绞车,该绞车具有体积小、制动安全可靠、可远程控制、变频调速、易操作、节能高效等优点。现场试验证明,该运输绞车拉力与制动力均达到了设计要求,对实现煤矿安全、低成本开采具有重要意义。Haulage winch as a traction equipment of coal mine rail transport is widely used.The traditional haulage winch used at present adopts manual operation,through fast and continuous alternating clutch brake and damper brake way to adjust the rotating speed of the drum,which has some disadvantages,such as poor speed regulation performance,instability,difficult operation,fast wear of brake belt.In view of the above drawbacks,JYB-130×0.56PY haulage winch was designed,the winch has the advantages of small size,safe and reliable braking,remote control,frequency conversion speed regulation,easy operation,energy saving and high efficiency,etc.Field tests have proved that the pulling force and braking force of the haulage winch meet the design requirements,which is of great significance to the realization of coal mine safety and low-cost mining.
