恒压型单泵单马达定速传动系统的研究

摘　　要：研究了一种可应用于矿用多功能抑尘车的恒压型单泵单马达定速传动系统。介绍了传动系统的工作原理和性能;根据多级离心水泵最高效率点工况,探讨溢流阀的最佳设定压力值以及发动机转速;通过试验验证传动理论的可行性和正确性。结果表明,恒压型单泵单马达定速传动系统的马达最大输出转速与发动机转速无关,仅取决于溢流阀压力设定值。A constant pressure type single pump and single motor constant speed transmission system which can be applied to mine multi-function dust suppression car was studied.The working principle and performance of the transmission system were introduced.According to the working condition of the highest efficiency point on multi-stage centrifugal pump,the optimal setting pressure value of the relief valve and the engine speed were discussed.The feasibility and correctness of the transmission theory were verified by experiments.The results show that the maximum speed output of the motor has nothing to do with the engine speed,only depends on the set value of the relief valve pressure.
