摘 要:我国煤矿顶板大多为软硬不同的岩层复合而成,此类顶板易产生离层破坏,导致冒顶事故。以山西四侯矿复合顶板回采工作面为研究背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场监测等方法研究了工作面液压支架应用技术。对比液压支架应力变化曲线可知,所选用的液压支架ZYG10000/25/52D和ZY10000/25/52D工作面顶板适应性较好,并对工作面支护现状进行评价,以便优化支护方案,同时也为下区段工作面支护方案设计提供理论依据。Most of the coal mine roof in China is composed of different soft and hard rock strata,which is easy to cause separation damage and lead to roof fall accident.Taking the mining face with composite roof in Sihou coal mine of Shanxi Province as the research background,the application technology of hydraulic support in working face was studied by means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field monitoring.Compared with the stress change curve of hydraulic support,the roof adaptability of the selected hydraulic support ZYG10000/25/52D and ZY10000/25/52D working faces is better,and the support status of the working face was evaluated,which is convenient to optimize the support scheme,and also provides a theoretical basis for the design of the support scheme of the lower section working face.
