摘  要:针对钻铤接头螺纹的抗粘扣性和预防螺纹粘扣问题,展开对钻铤材料的硬度和钻铤锥螺纹加工工艺的研究。首先,为保证钻杆接头强度与硬度的对应性,确定钻杆接头的最低检验硬度为HB295,然后制定标准锥螺纹加工尺寸图纸,最后从工件的装夹、螺纹刀杆的校正、加工工艺的重新制定进行了研究。通过对井场试验结果及使用情况分析,所有的新加工钻铤没有发生过粘扣现象。实践表明,重新制定的加工工艺有效避免了粘扣现象的发生。该研究具有一定的工程实际应用价值。Aiming at the prodems of anti-gluing property of drill collar joint and prevent thread gluing,the material hardness of drill collar and the machining process of taper thread on drill collar were researched.Firstly,in order to ensure the correspondence of strength and hardness of the drill pipe joint,the minimum inspection hardness of the drill pipe jiont was specified HB295.Then,machining dimension drawing of the standard taper thread was finished.Finally,the workpiece clamping and tool rod calibration were studied,the processing technology was redesigned.Through the analysis of experiment results and use case,all the new drill collars had been no gluing phenomenon.Practice shows that the gluing phenomenon was avoided effectively by this new processing.The study is of practical value in engineering application.
