摘　　要：根据阳煤集团五矿8721工作面实际情况,在下运带式输送机上加装液压盘式制动器,将原有人工张紧改为液压自动张紧,采用阻尼托辊和四象限变频开关,在输送带变坡点加装压带装置。通过改造降低启动电流,减小对电机、减速器、滚筒的机械冲击,解决了下运带式输送机的飞车、打滑、飘带以及电机、开关损坏等问题,实现了电能的双向流通,提高了系统的稳定性,保证了正常生产。According to the actual situation of 8721 working face of No.5 Coal Mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group,a hydraulic disc braking device was installed on downward belt conveyor.The original manual tensioning was changed into a hydraulic automatic tensioning,damping idler and four-quadrant variable frequency switch were used,and a belt-pressing device was installed at the belt slope changing point.Through the transformation,the starting current is reduced,the mechanical impacts on the motor,the reducer and the drum are reduced,and the problems of overspeed,skidding,drifting belt,as well as the damage of the motor and the switch in the downward belt conveyor are solved,which achieves the two-way flow of power and improves the stability of the system to ensure normal production.
