摘 要:为了适应煤矿装备的智能化、自动化潮流,以某型矿井钻机为研究对象,对矿井钻机主要结构进行分析,基于CAN总线、PLC及PID设计了矿井钻机控制系统,并对控制程序进行研究。结果表明,该系统能较好地实现对矿井钻机自动化和智能化控制,为矿井钻机及其他煤矿装备控制系统设计及智能化升级提供理论依据及技术参考。In order to adapt to the trend of intelligence and automation of coal mine equipment,took a certain type of mine drilling rig as the research object to analyze the main structure of the mine drilling rig.Based on CAN bus,PLC and PID,the mine drilling rig control system has been designed,and the control programs have been studied.The results show that the system can better realize automatic and intelligent control of the mine drilling rig,provides theoretical basis and technical reference for the control system design and intelligent upgrade of the mine drilling rig and other coal mine equipment.
