摘　　要：高校实验室危险废弃物具有种类多、性质杂、分布广等特性。该文针对危险废弃物暂存库的建设和管理存在的问题,在危险废弃物暂存库选址与建设、培训与管理等方面进行了积极探索与实践,并积累了一些经验,提出减量化、资源化、无害化的建议,倡导绿色实验、智慧管理,提升生态文明意识,提倡安全管理"心治"的系统治理理念。There are many kinds of hazardous wastes in university laboratories, which are characterized by various types, heterogeneous properties, wide distribution, etc. In view of the problems existing in the construction and management of hazardous waste temporary storage warehouse, the exploration on the site selection and construction and management of hazardous waste temporary storage warehouse is actively carried out, and some experience is accumulated. The suggestions on reduction, recycling and harmlessness are put forward, the green experiment and intelligent management are advocated, the awareness of ecological civilization is enhanced, and the systematic safety management concept of "Mental governance" is encouraged.
