摘　　要：实验室安全是科学研究的重要保障,先进的实验室安全保障措施和全面的监管体系有利于科研工作的顺利开展。以剑桥大学化学工程与生物技术系实验室安全管理体系为例,从硬件设施、安全培训制度、监督管理、安全理念的角度,总结归纳其特点,并与国内现状进行对比,对目前提升实验室安全管理水平的方法进行思考并提出解决对策。Laboratory safety is particularly important for scientific research. Advanced laboratory security measures and comprehensive supervision system are conducive to ensuring the smooth development of scientific research. By taking the laboratory safety management system of the Department of Engineering and Biotechnology of Cambridge University as an example, and from the perspective of hardware facilities, safety training system, supervision and management, safety concept, this paper summarizes its characteristics, compares with the domestic status quo, and considers the methods to improve the level of laboratory safety management and puts forward countermeasures.
