视网膜周边离焦学说的应用进展

摘　　要：近年来视网膜周边离焦理论的提出,为近视防控带来了新的研究方向。基于该理论,角膜塑形镜(Orthokeratology,OK镜)、多焦点软性角膜接触镜(Multifocal Soft Contact Lens,MSCLs)和周边离焦框架眼镜(Defocus Spectacles)均通过辅助矫正视网膜周边远视性离焦,实现了对近视的防控。本文主要针对视网膜周边离焦学说在近视防控中的应用和进展进行综述。In recent years,the theory of defocus around the retina has brought new research directions for the prevention and control of myopia.Based on this theory,Orthokeratology,multifocal soft contact lenses,and peripheral defocus spectacles all assist in correcting the hyperopic defocus at the periphery of the retina to prevent and control myopia.This paper mainly reviews the application and progress of peripheral retinal defocusing theory in the prevention and control of myopia.
