医养结合平台孕育阶段下的用户信任构建研究

摘　　要：在上线医养结合养老服务系统之前,企业需要提前构建好老年人对于企业和平台的信任。在本文中,笔者分析了企业在孕育阶段及向系统开发阶段的过渡时期用户信任的演变过程。研究发现:①在初始阶段,当老年人对企业本身不信任时,企业可以构建老年人基于正直的信任;②当老年人对企业的服务不信任时,企业可以构建老年人基于能力和善意的信任;③当面对老年人不信任线上服务平台的问题时,企业可以构建基于预测的信任。Before companies launching the platform of medical-nursing combined with care,they should prepare the older adults’trust on company and platform.In this paper,the authors analyze the users’trust building process during the system embryonic stage.The results reveal that:on the initial stage,when the old adults do not trust the company,it could let the old adults to trust the company could build the older adults’integrity-based trust;when the old adults do not trust the services provided by the company,it should build competence-based and benevolence-based trust;when the old adults do not trust the online platform,the company could build the predictability-based trust.
