摘 要:为满足大面阵红外探测器的应用需求,研制了一款线性分置式斯特林制冷机。压缩机采用动磁式直线电机驱动、双活塞对置结构,膨胀机采用含背压腔气动式排出器结构。通过热动力学设计获得了整机的几何尺寸及运行参数,并实验研究了充气压力、运行频率、膨胀机弹簧刚度对制冷性能的影响。在环境温度23℃、风冷散热条件下,该制冷机可获得1.3W@77K(34.5 Wac)制冷性能,整机效率3.77%,相对卡诺效率为14.68%,整机重量925 g。To meet the demands of large array infrared detector applications, a linear split Stirling cryocooler was developed.The compressor was driven by two dual opposed moving-magnet linear motors and the expander comprised a pneumatically driven displacer-regenerator.The geometric and operating parameters of cryocooler were obtained through thermodynamic design.The effect of charging pressure, operating frequency, spring stiffness of displacer on the performance of the cryocooler was studied by experiments.Under the condition of 23 ℃ ambient temperature and air cooling, the crycooler achieved 1.3 W@77 K cooling capacity with input power of 34.5 W.Its COP is 3.77% and relative efficiency of Carnot is 14.68%.The weight of the cryocooler is 925 g.
