摘 要:在超导电力工程实际应用中,如何提高超导线材的载流能力和机械性能,有效降低交流损耗及磁场依赖性,都是相关研究领域的持续热点。通过优化高温超导方形细线的并联结构,制成双根扭绞超导线材就是其中的有益探索。采用电测法,在77 K和零外场条件下,对双根扭绞超导线材样品分别测试不同频率下的交流损耗,再分别测试固定频率时不同扭绞节距下的交流损耗,对实验结果进行对比分析,表明堆叠扭绞操作可以减少双根结构线缆通流时每根方形线所产生磁场对彼此之间的影响,减小线材交流损耗。课题研究验证了方形细线可以通过有效扭绞提升相关性能,为其后续工程应用提供了良好的数据支撑和实验基础。In the practical application of superconducting power engineering, researches have been focusing on how to improve the current-carrying capacity and mechanical properties of superconductor wires and effectively reduce the AC loss and the dependence of magnetic field.Optimizing the parallel structure of HTS square wires is a beneficial exploration to make double-twisted superconductor wires.Under 77 K and zero field conditions, the AC loss of double-twisted superconductor wires was tested by electrometry at different frequencies, and then at fixed frequencies, the AC loss at different twist pitches was measured separately.The results show that stack twisting operation can reduce the interference of the magnetic fields generated by each square thread in the double structured cables in working, and reduce the AC loss of wires.The research verifies that square wires can possess better performance by effective twisting, which provides reliable data support and experimental basis for its subsequent engineering application.
