摘 要:新一代建筑节能设计及绿色制造中,商用多联式空调机组均表现显著。在新型多联机系统功能设计时,为提高整机制热功能,会增加高效过冷器装置,通过对过冷器焊接及清洗防护工艺过程的研究,对其过程工艺进行技术验证,结果表明:加热精准高效的高频焊接及"空化效应"显著的超声波清洗,可有效解决机组过冷器加工过程导致的系统漏堵问题及使用过程中机组换热器产生的铜绿腐蚀泄露问题。A commercial multi-connected air conditioning unit has significant performance in the new generation of building energy-saving design and green manufacturing process at present.In order to improve the heating performance of the whole unit, an efficient subcooler is added in the design of the new multi-split system.In this paper, through the research on the subcooler welding and cleaning protection process, the process technology of the subcooler production process was verified.It is found that the use of high-frequency welding heating accurate and efficient characteristics and the strong "cavitation effect" of ultrasonic cleaning can effectively solve the system leakage caused by the production process problems of air-conditioning unit and the copper-green corrosion of heat exchanger in the process of product use abnormal leakage.
