摘  要:大型复杂装备的研发对于提升国家实力具有重要意义,具有研发周期长、风险大的特点,智能制造的推进要求大型复杂装备研发体系更为信息化和系统化。为更好的指导大型复杂装备的研发管理,提高企业研发体系的建设和升级,提出基于能力成熟度模型集成(CMMI)的研发体系成熟度模型。从研发战略、研发管理能力、研发流程和研发信息化平台四个维度构建评估模型,考虑到评估信息的不确定性,采取粗糙最优最劣法(Best and Worst Method,BWM)对复杂装备研发体系成熟度进行评估。最优最劣法可减少指标之间的两两对比,提高结果一致性,粗糙集理论能够剔除冗余,简便易用。该模型帮助企业有效测度和提升研发管理。最后将该方法用于企业复杂装备研发体系成熟度评估案例中,准确评估出研发体系成熟度等级。The research and development(R&D)of complex equipment is significant for enhancing the national strengthTo better help and guide the construction and upgrade the R&D management of complex equipment,a maturity model of the R&D system is proposed based on the capability maturity model integration(CMMI)model.First,the model is established from the four dimensions of R&D strategy,the capability of R&D management,R&D process,and information platformThen,considering the uncertainty of the assessment information,the Rough BWM method is used to assess the maturity of the R&D systemBWM method can reduce the number of criterion comparisons and improve the consistency of the resultsRough Set is used to eliminate redundancyThis model helps companies to effectively measure and improve the R&D systemFinally,this method is applied in the case of the maturity evaluation of the complex equipment R&D system to accurately evaluate the maturity level of the R&D system.
