摘 要:针对FLACS、FLUENT和CFX等通用计算流体动力学软件模拟LNG泄漏与扩散时难以准确获取LNG蒸发率的问题,在已有研究成果基础上,考虑热传导和热对流效应,建立了LNG液池泄漏蒸发模型,给出了定量计算LNG泄漏后的瞬时蒸发率的方法。将LNG液池泄漏蒸发模型引入FLACS软件,对无障碍和有障碍环境条件下的LNG泄漏与扩散的Burro试验和Falcon试验进行数值模拟,根据数值计算结果和试验测量结果,采用重气扩散模型有效性评价标准与方法,验证了LNG液池泄漏蒸发模型在LNG泄漏与扩散的数值计算中的有效性。将LNG液池泄漏蒸发模型应用在LNG加注站泄漏的案例分析中,较为真实地模拟在加注站复杂环境条件和气象条件下的液态LNG泄漏与扩散问题,根据可燃易爆气云和窒息气云的空间分布情况对加注站LNG泄漏后的灾害效应进行了有效预测。The present paper is aimed at examining and working out a model of pool spill and evaporation of LNG on the basis of preceding investigators’results to close the gap of lack in exact evaporation rate of LNG.In order to simulate the LNG spill and spread,the evaporation rate of LNG has to be a necessary key input parameter for such computation fluid dynamics(CFD)software as Fluent,CFX and FLACS.Nevertheless,it is difficult to obtain the exact evaporation rate of LNG,for the calculating method of evaporating rate of LNG involves heat transfer effect of conduction and convection,which can be the exact method to obtain the curve of the instantaneous evaporation rate of LNG.To validate the proposed model of the pool spill and evaporation of LNG,we have done a series of tests of Burro and Falcon representing specifically the LNG spill and dispersion under the environmental conditions with and with no obstruction chosen.Thus,the results of the Burro and Falcon experiments we have adopted help us to validate the proposed model of the LNG spill,whereas we have done the simulated Burro and Falcon experiments via the software of FLACS,including the model of LNG pool spill and evaporation.The results of our simulated experiments show that the peak value and the changing trend of the methane volume fraction of simulations turn out to be in nice accordance with the related tests of Burro and Falcon.Furthermore,we have also made an evaluation with the method of deviation standard,whose results indicate that the proposed model is effective for the LNG spill and dispersion.The model of the pool spill and evaporation of LNG can be applied to simulate the LNG leakage of a LNG refueling station.The simulation results can help to demonstrate the spill and dispersion process of LNG.The dispersion and distribution of the explosive and asphyxia LNG vapor can help to exhibit visually the disaster effect and the risk of LNG spill of the refueling station.And,in summary,the model of the pool spill and evaporation of LNG can be said in a p
