摘 要:本文设计了1款12.9~14.58 GHz Ku频段的波导多模滤波器。与传统滤波器相比,该滤波器采用多模谐振腔代替传统单模谐振腔进行级联,长度缩短了一半;同时利用多模谐振腔内模式间的耦合,在通带低频带外处产生了传输零点,进一步提高带外抑制度.此外基于模式匹配法进行分析设计,不仅可以严格计算不连续处高次模的影响,还能通过程序快速优化,减少了传统大量仿真优化所耗时间,大大地缩短了设计周期,得到的计算结果精确,设计的器件性能极佳.A 12.9 GHz〜14.58 GHz Ku-band multimode waveguide filter is proposed in this paper.Compared with traditional filters,this filter uses multimode resonators cascade instead of traditional single mode resonators,and the length is reduced by half;at the same time,utilizing the coupling between modes in the multimode resonant cavity,transmission zero points are generated outside the low frequency band of the passband,which further improves the out-of-band suppression.In addition,this paper analyzes and designs based on the mode matching method,which not only can strictly calculate the effect of higher-order modes at the discontinuity,but also can be quickly optimized through the program.The time consumed by traditional large-scale simulation and optimization is reduced,and the design cycle is greatly shorted.As a result,the calculated results are accurate,and the designed device performance is excellent.
