制浆造纸机械刮刀专用工作台研究与设计

摘　　要：研究了制浆造纸机械刮刀专用工作台,对传统电磁工作台进行改进,加入专用夹具的磨削方式,研发出一款工作台与夹具一体的刮刀专用刮刀。制浆造纸机械刮刀专用工作台结构设计;深入了解机械刮刀专用电气控制原理及机械刮刀专用安装调试要点。新款刮刀专用工作台可以降低生产成本,减少故障产生提高工作效率。The special table for pulping and papermaking machine scraper was studied, the traditional electromagnetic table was improved, the special grinding mode of fixture was added, a special grinding machine for scraper that integrates the table and fixture was developed. The structure of special table for pulping and papermaking machine scraper was designed;The electrical control principle and installation and debugging points for special mechanical scraper was understood. The special table for new grinding machine can reduce the production cost, occurrence of faults and improve the working efficiency.
