摘 要:造纸现场监测系统是为面向纸张质量开展自动化检测,以助于用户快速准确定位纸张质量问题。基于动态数字图像处理设计了造纸现场监测系统软件,并进一步进行了系统测试,结果表明系统可实现客户端高清视频交互、迅速精确视频调度、个性化设备管理、精准化告警管理、多功能数据库创建与管理,可满足造纸企业对于纸张质量检测的自动化与多元化要求;为确保基于图像处理的纸病检测算法准确率,可选择1920×1080或者1280×720分辨率采集视频图像。The site monitoring system of papermaking is to carry out automatic detection for paper quality, so as to help users locate paper quality problems quickly and accurately. Based on the dynamic digital image processing, the papermaking field monitoring system software was designed, and the system was further tested. The results showed that the client high-definition video interaction, rapid and accurate video scheduling, personalized device management, accurate alarm management, multi-functional database creation and management can be realized, and the automation and diversification of paper quality detection of paper enterprises can be met. In order to ensure the accuracy of paper defect detection algorithm based on image processing, 1920×1080 or 1280×720 resolution can be chosen to collect video images.
