一例过敏性肺炎伴咯血患者的用药重整及药学监护

摘　　要：过敏性肺炎是由于易感个体反复吸入各种抗原物质引起的一种过度免疫反应综合征,咯血并不是过敏性肺炎的常见症状。本文报道1例过敏性肺炎并咯血患者的药物治疗全过程,临床药师参与药物治疗方案的重整与制定,并就存在的用药风险及出现的不良反应提出建议,保证了患者的治疗效果,提高了临床合理用药及患者依从性。Allergic pneumonia is an excessive immune response syndrome caused by repeated inhalation of various antigenic substances in susceptible individuals.Hemoptysis is not a common symptom of allergic pneumonia.This article reported the whole process of drug treatment of one patient with allergic pneumonia and hemoptysis.Clinical pharmacists participated in the reorganization and formulation of drug treatment plans,and made suggestions on the drug risks and adverse reactions,which ensured the treatment effect of the patient,and improved the clinical rational medication and compliance of the patient.
