摘　　要：围产期孕妇B族链球菌感染会导致孕妇出现产后败血症、产褥感染以及泌尿系统感染情况,且与新生儿感染、胎儿生长受限、流产以及胎膜早破等不良妊娠结局有着很大关联,是一种围产期出现的重要致病菌类型。因为临床上普遍存在抗生素使用不合理的现象,导致耐药菌株的增长,对于四环素、克林霉素以及红霉素都有着较高的耐药性。孕晚期GBS筛查与产时抗生素干预是预防和治疗GBS感染的主要措施,在未来通过接种疫苗来预防GBS感染是一种发展方法。因此本研究主要从B族链球菌的致病性方面入手,分析如何预防和治疗B族链球菌感染,希望能为临床上围产期孕妇B族链球菌感染提供借鉴价值。Group B streptococcus infection in perinatal pregnant women can lead to postpartum sepsis,puerperal infection and urinary system infection.It is closely related to adverse pregnancy outcomes such as neonatal infection,fetal growth restriction,abortion and premature rupture of membranes.It is an important pathogen type in perinatal period.Because of the phenomenon of clinical abuse of antibiotics,resulting in the increase of drug-resistant strains,for tetracycline,clindamycin and erythromycin have high resistance.GBS screening in late pregnancy and antibiotic intervention during delivery are the main measures to prevent and treat GBS infection.Vaccine prevention is the future research direction of GBS infection control.Therefore,this article mainly analyzes the treatment and prevention of group B streptococcus infection from the pathogenicity of group B streptococcus.We hope to provide reference value for the clinical perinatal pregnant women with group B streptococcus infection.
