摘 要:以山东省青岛市某节能住宅楼为建筑样本,利用YBPA2019软件进行建筑物能耗模拟分析。对比了分别采用市政+分体空调方案和多联机系统形式的住宅能耗情况,并转换为等效电能进行全年能耗分析。结果表明,建筑能耗主要来自照明与建筑空调;与市政供暖+分体空调的方式相比较,采用VRF空调系统节能效果显著,模拟结果可为类似建筑的空调方案和节能设计提供参考。Taking an energy-saving residential building in Qingdao City, Shandong Province as a building sample, the YBPA2019 software is used to conduct a simulation analysis of building energy consumption. The energy consumption of residential buildings in the form of municipal + split air-conditioning scheme and multi-line system are compared, and converted into equivalent electric energy for annual energy consumption analysis. The results show that building energy consumption is mainly from lighting and building air conditioning;compared with municipal heating + split air conditioning, the VRF air conditioning system has a significant energy saving effect. The simulation results can provide references for air conditioning schemes and energy saving designs for similar buildings.
