摘　　要：请您先介绍一下深圳市建筑设计研究总院(简称深总院)现在的组织架构和人员情况。深总院现在共有3,700人,在深圳总部之下,设第一分公司、第二分公司、第三分公司、若干直属院和直属所、湾区设计院、驻外分院及若干子公司。深圳的工作场所主要分布在两处——设计团队大部分位于设计大厦,总部和职能部门位于深圳湾生态科技园。此外,院士团队有400人,作为一个独立团队存在,以方案创作为主,相对比较灵活。Please introduce the current organization composition and personnel of SZAD.SZAD now has a total of 3,700 people.With its headquarters in Shenzhen,it has the first branch,the second branch,the third branch,several directly affiliated institutes and directly affiliated departments,the Bay Area Design Institute,branches in other places,and several subsidiaries.Shenzhen’s workplaces are mainly distributed in two places.The design team works in the Design Building,and the headquarters and functional departments are located in Shenzhen Bay Science and Technology Park.Besides,the team of Academician has 400 people,which exists as an independent team,focusing on schematic design,and is relatively free.
