摘　　要：深圳是第一个被联合国认定为"设计之都"的中国城市。从深圳创业起步、走向全国,并从中国跨越洲际的CCDI (悉地国际)在深圳的设计企业中极具代表性。1994年,CCDI悉地国际由两三个合伙人在深圳创立,公司前身叫中建国际设计(CSCEC-Design),2012年股份改制后定名为悉地国际设计集团。在26年的发展历程中,CCDI探索出具有中国工程设计行业特质的变革之路,实现了国际化的业务扩张,连续多年位居ENR全球工程设计百强企业行列。Shenzhen is China’s first city recognized as“City of Design”by the UN.CCDI,which has extended its presence nationwide and even outside Asia from the metropolis,is a typical example of Shenzhen-based design firms.Founded by two or three partners in 1994 in Shenzhen,CSCEC-Design was renamed China Construction Design International(CCDI)upon the shareholding reform in 2012.Through the 26 years of development,CCDI has developed a typical transformation model of the Chinese engineering design community to enable its business to extend worldwide.The design firm has been among ENR’s Top 100 Design-Build Firms list for consecutive years,and won the first prize of China’s National Scientific and Technological Progress Award twice.
