摘  要:将散体注浆理论与技术应用到地下采矿中,通过对矿柱两侧一定范围的松散体进行注浆,形成人工混凝土矿柱来提高松散体的强度,尽量减少矿柱回采过程中两边松散体的混入,减少贫化,达到充分回收矿石资源的目的。通过理论、计算的方法对松散体注浆范围及注浆加固体稳定性进行了分析。通过在云锡老厂锡矿13-2-3#矿体中盘区5#矿房两侧松散体中形成人工矿柱,确保了中盘区5#矿房开采时两侧松散体的相对稳定,极大地减少了矿房回采过程中松散体的混入,有效回采出15746 t高品位硫化矿,回采率达到77.2%,获得了较好的经济效益。The theory and technology of bulk grouting are applied to underground mining.By grouting the loose body on both sides of the pillar,the strength of the loose body can be improved by forming the artificial concrete pillar,and the mixing of the loose body on both sides of the pillar in the process of mining can be reduced as much as possible,the dilution can be reduced,and the ore resources can be fully recovered.The range of loose grouting and the stability of grouting plus solid were analyzed by theoretical analysis and calculation.Through the formation of artificial pillars in the loose bodies on both sides of the 5#ore house in the 13-2-3#ore body of Yunxi Laochang tin mine,the relative stability of the loose bodies on both sides of the 5#ore house was ensured during the mining of the 5#ore house in the central area,the mixing of the loose bodies in the mining process was greatly reduced,and 15746 t high-grade sulfide ore was effectively recovered,the recovery rate reached 77.2%,obtaining good economic benefits.
