摘  要:为满足超高温关节轴承使用环境的需求,提出了以高温合金K465为套圈材料,TiAlN为内圈涂层的缺口型向心关节轴承设计方案。启动力矩测试及高温磨损试验的结果表明:径向载荷为0时,轴承在变温工况下的启动力矩为室温下的2~3倍,850℃高温磨损后轴承的径向游隙增加量为0.008 mm,且试验后轴承的涂层未磨穿,能够满足使用要求。In order to meet the operating environment requirements of ultra-high temperature spherical plain bearings,a design scheme of notched radial spherical plain bearings with high temperature alloy K465 as ring material and TiAlN as inner ring coating is put forward.The results of starting torque test and high temperature wear test show that when the radial load is zero,the starting torque of the bearings under variable temperature condition is 2~3 times of that at room temperature,and the radial clearance increment of the bearings after wear test under 850℃is 0.008 mm,and the coating of the bearings is not worn out after test,which meet requirements of use.
