摘　　要：新时代我国社会信用体系建设面临新的机遇与挑战,要积极推进国家信用战略,统筹协调社会信用体系建设总体布局和战略安排,打造立体化、全方位信用体系建设的大格局。应深入开展信用建设的理念创新、价值创新、实践创新,实现信用精神价值体系、信用伦理道德体系、信用治理体系、信用信息化体系、信用安全体系的共同建设和协同发力,方能构建科学高效、稳定持久的社会信用体系。The construction of social credit system in the new era is faced with new opportunities as well as new challenges.It is necessary to actively promote the national credit strategy,coordinate the overall plan and strategic arrangement of the social credit system construction,and build the landscape of credit system construction in a comprehensive and multifaceted way.We should deeply carry out the innovation of idea,value,and practice in the process of credit construction to realize the collective construction and coordinated functioning of credit spirit value system,credit ethics system,and credit governance system,credit information system and credit security system so that a scientific,efficient,stable,and lasting social credit system can be established.
