摘  要:区块链能够以数据交易作为切入点,赋能信用信息系统从信息互联向价值互联变革。现有信用信息系统缺乏足够数据覆盖和有效数据共享,缺乏可靠技术平台支撑,而区块链技术可以提供安全可信的数据协同和价值交易,其中区块链技术嵌入信用数据交易的实际适用问题至关重要。分析信用信息交易中区块链真实落地所面临的现实困难,提出搭建部分业务中心化控制的区块链信用信息交易系统,构建积分奖励分配模型以完善信息交易自激励机制等解决方案。Block chain can take the data transaction as the entry point to empower the credit information system to transform from information interconnection to value interconnection.The current credit information system lacks sufficient data coverage,effective data sharing and reliable technical platform support,while the block chain technology can provide secure and trusted data collaboration and value trading,among which the practical application of the block chain technology embedded in credit data trading is crucial.This paper explores the practical difficulties of the true implementation of block chain in credit information trading.Hence,it proposes to build a block chain credit information trading system with partial business center control,and build a point reward distribution model to improve the self-incentive trading mechanism.
