摘　　要：目的:调查昆明地区脂肪肝患者的中医证候分布情况,并对症状表现及实验室指标进行分析。方法:采用统一的调查问卷对2016年10月至2018年10月昆明市3个医院体检中心的脂肪肝患者进行调查,并收集患者信息及实验室检查报告,采用SPSS 23.0软件进行分析和评价。结果:昆明市脂肪肝患者中医证候分布规律为痰湿内阻证>肝郁脾虚证>痰瘀互结证>肝肾不足证>湿热内蕴证。综合实验室指标判断脂肪肝的ZJU指数在不同中医分型中存在一定差异。结论:昆明市脂肪肝患者主要证侯为痰湿内阻证及肝郁脾虚证,综合实验室指标的ZJU指数可能对证候客观化有一定指导意义。Objective:To investigate the distribution of TCM syndrome types in patients with fatty liver disease in Kunming,investigate and analyze the symptoms and laboratory indicators.Methods:A unified questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on patients with fatty liver in the physical examination centers of three hospitals in Kunming from October 2016 to October 2018,and the patient information and laboratory examination report were collected.SPSS 23.0 software was used for analysis and evaluation.Results:The syndrome distribution of TCM syndrome type in fatty liver patients in Kunming area was phlegm dampness internal obstruction syndrome>liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome>phlegm blood stasis interjunction syndrome>deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome>dampness heat intrinsic syndrome.There are some differences in the ZJU index of fatty liver in different TCM classification.Conclusion:The main syndromes of fatty liver patients in the Kunming area are phlegm dampness syndrome,liver depression,and spleen deficiency syndrome.
