摘  要:目的了解黑色地膜覆盖法在血吸虫病水网型流行区的中长期灭螺效果。方法在覆膜有螺区域,根据通潮港、断头浜、池(藕)塘、沟渠等不同有螺环境类型、钉螺密度等设置6个观察点,在每个观察点投放5袋装有100只活钉螺的效应螺袋,在效应螺投入后第4、6、8、10和12个月分别回收1袋效应螺袋的同时采集其附近覆膜有螺环境自然泥土,分别计数其中钉螺数,并观察钉螺死活情况。同时收集观察期间区域内气温、地温、日照时数等气象数据。结果 5批次回收6个观察点效应螺总体回收率为92.33%(2 770/3 000),各批次、各观察点回收的2 770只钉螺均死亡,钉螺灭活率为100.00%。期间,共捕获覆膜有螺环境自然泥土中钉螺720只,均死亡,钉螺灭活率为100.00%。结论黑色地膜覆盖法在血吸虫病水网型流行区的通潮港、断头浜、池(藕)塘、沟渠等不同有螺环境中的中长期灭螺效果良好。Objective To know the medium and long-term molluscicidal effect of black film mulching in water network endemic areas of schistosomiasis.Methods 6 observation points were set up in the black film mulching areas according the different environmental types and the oncomelania snail densities.5 bags with 100 movable oncomelania snails were put in at every observation point.1 bag with oncomelania snails and the environmental soil were collected from each observation point at the 4-th month,6-th month,8-th month,10-th month and 12-th month.The oncomelania snails in the bag and the environmental soil were collected and counted.And each of the oncomelania snails were observed being movable or not.Meanwhile,the data of temperature,ground temperature and sunshine duration in the district during the observation was collected.Results The total number of the oncomelania snails collected for 5 times from the bags in the 6 observation points was 2 770.And the rate of oncomelania snails being collected was 92.33%.The inactivation rate of the 2 770 oncomelania snails being collected was 100.00%.Meanwhile,720 oncomelania snails were collected from the environmental soil.The inactivation rate of the 720 oncomelania snails was also 100.00%.Conclusion It had well medium and long-term molluscicidal effect mulching black film in different environmental types with oncomelania snails in water network endemic areas of schistosomiasis.
