摘　　要：The General Office of the State Council recently released the Guidelines for Strengthening the Conservation and Utilization of Grotto Temples,outlining ten priorities to be carried out as follows:First,increasing efforts to rescue and protect grotto temples.Surveys of the state of conservation of grotto temples will be launched nationwide and specific conservation and utilization plans prepared.
