摘　　要：基于高校电子档案异地备份的必要性,分析高校电子档案异地备份中资源投入因素、合作机制因素以及档案管理维护因素,基于地方档案馆的成功经验和相关制度,提出建立电子档案备份中心、馆校合作、兄弟院校合作、新老校区互为备份等高校电子档案异地备份的可行性策略。Based on the necessity of remote backup of electronic archives in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the resources input factors,cooperation mechanism factors and archives management maintenance factors.Based on the success experience and relevant regulations,the paper also puts forward some feasible strategies of remote backup of electronic archives in colleges and universities,such as establishing remote backup centre of electronic archives,cooperation between archives and colleges,cooperation between colleges and universities,mutual backup between old and new campuses,etc.
