摘　　要：1936年,日本在郑州设立特务机关,进行收买汉奸和刺探军事政治情报工作。1937年初,河南省第一区行政督察专员公署成功侦破郑州特务机关,涉事的日本间谍被引渡回国,汉奸赵龙田被处以死刑。在南京国民政府和日本的交涉过程及产生的结果中,表现出南京国民政府在七七事变前仍然对中日关系抱有一丝幻想,未下对抗日本之决心。In 1936,Japan set up a secret service in Zhengzhou to bribe traitors and spy on military and political intelligence.At the beginning of 1937,the Office of the Administrative Inspector of the first District of Henan Province successfully detected the Zhengzhou secret service,and the Japanese spies involved were extradited back to Japan,and the traitor Zhao Longtian was executed.The negotiation process and result between the Nanjing National Government and Japan show that the Nanjing National Government still had a glimmer of fantasy about Sino-Japanese relations before the July 7th Incident and had not made up its mind to confront Japan.
