摘 要:文章以铰接装置为研究对象,依据轻轨车辆的设计要求,分别对铰接装置在不同工况下的载荷进行受力分析,计算出铰接装置的极限载荷和疲劳载荷,根据车体和转向架的接口要求建立三维建模,并使用有限元模拟,得到铰接装置在不同工况下的应力云图,根据EN12663的规定,校核铰接装置的静强度和疲劳强度。This paper takes the articulated device as the research object.According to the design requirements of light rail vehicles,the load of the articulated device under different working conditions is analyzed,and the ultimate load and fatigue load of the articulated device are calculated.According to the interface requirement of the car body and bogie,this paper establishes three-dimensional modeling and uses finite element simulation to obtain the stress cloud diagram of the articulated device under different working conditions.In accordance with the standard of EN12663,the static strength and fatigue strength of the articulated device are checked.
