摘　　要：BIM技术的推广与应用无疑是为我国智能楼宇集成管理系统的良好运行提供了技术保障。究其原因,主要是因为智能楼宇集成管理系统通过合理应用BIM技术的应用优势,基本上可以实现对各子系统的信息共享以及互动管理。最重要的是,基于BIM的智能楼宇管理系统可以对子系统及相关设备进行全周期监控与管理,利于集成系统的拓展与维护。为进一步加强BIM技术在智能楼宇管理系统中的应用效果,文章主要对基于BIM的智能楼宇管理系统设计与应用问题进行研究分析。The popularization and application of BIM technology undoubtedly provides a technical guarantee for the good operation of the intelligent building integrated management system in China.The main reason is that the intelligent building integrated management system can basically realize the information sharing and interactive management of each subsystem through the rational application of BIM technology.Most importantly,the intelligent building management system based on BIM can monitor and manage the subsystem and related equipment throughout the cycle,which is conducive to the expansion and maintenance of the integrated system.In order to further strengthen the application effect of BIM technology in intelligent building management system,this paper mainly studies and analyzes the design and application of intelligent building management system based on BIM.
